NYRO returns to Hatfield for the 5th year for a day of playing in conjunction with Mid-Herts Music Service.

A fun day for recorder players aged 8 to 21 (Grade 3 to Diploma) and recorder teachers at Hythe (Kent) URC Church, East St, Hythe, Kent CT21 5ND. You can audition for our Summer Course 2016 at this event. Ross Winters and Annabel Knight are our tutors for the day.
Sunday 13th March from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
A fun day of playing for young recorder players from Grade 3 upwards. Players who are not quite ready to join in a full NYRO day or have not reached the minimum Grade standard are welcome to join us for the afternoon session. Auditions for the Summer Course 2015 will be held at this event.

The Easter Course is provisionally booked for 5th-9th April 2016 at Rugby School. More details will be added as soon as the venue has confirmed the dates.

This informal concert is the showcase for the work done by students on the Easter course. There is no charge for this event and all are welcome.

31st July - 6th August 2016 plus travel
The 2016 Summer Course will be at the Landesakademie für Jugendbildung, Weil der Stadt, Germany. The cost is £695 and a deposit of £95 is required to secure a place following a successful audition. Places must be confirmed by Monday 6th June. Applicants should be 12 years of age by the date of the tour. The course dates are 31st July to 6th August 2016 plus travel time at either end of the course. This will be confirmed as soon as the travel arrangements are finalised.
