A fun day of playing for young recorder players from Grade 3 upwards at Chesterton Community College. Players who are not quite ready to join in a full NYRO day or have not reached the minimum grade standard are welcome to join us for the afternoon session.

Summer Concert 2021

The concert marks the end of the Summer Course 2021 and features items studied during the week by the ensembles.
Summer Course 2021

Our week-long residential course from 25th-31st July 2021 at Uppingham School is open to players aged 10-25 with a playing standard of Grade 5 up to Diploma. There are no auditions for the course this year. Our tutors this year are Chris Orton, Michelle Holloway and Joris van Goethem.
