Birmingham Recorder Day 2017

If you live in the Midlands, are between the ages of 8 and 25 and love playing the recorder, then we'd love to see you at our Birmingham Recorder Day on Sunday, February 12th 2017. Our venue is once again the lovely Priory School in Edgbaston.

The day will take place from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. in the beautiful building and grounds of Priory School, Edgbaston, by kind permission of the headmaster.

The cost is £25 for the day and you can book using the form below.

The day is aimed at young recorder players aged 8 to 25 and their recorder teachers. Players should ideally be at least Grade 2 standard and we cater for all abilities up to and including diploma standard.

Our NYRO tutors will be there to give tips on technique, coach the massed ensemble and lead smaller groups arranged by playing standard. Younger and less experienced players are welcome to attend for the afternoon session only at a cost of £10. To book a place for the afternoon only, please send your details in an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

You can also audition for the NYRO Summer Course 2017 at this event.
